Electrical Heat-Tracing Systems in LNG Tanks

LNG Tanks storages liquified natural gas that has been liquified temporarily. The conversion result is odorless, colorless, non-toxic and non-corrosive and it takes up about 1/600th the volume of natural gas in the gaseous state.

How?

Its main application is biofuel and it is obtained from the hydrolysis and fermentation of substances that contain Cellulose or Starch.

Why a LNG Tank needs Electrical Heat-Tracing

Electrical Heat-Tracing system gives heat accompaniment in the process pipes to prevent an increase in the viscosity of the products, prevents phase shifts and guarantees the correct operation of the safety and fire fighting systems in the event of an emergency.

AKOTRACE® Solution

Electrical Heat-Tracing using parallel type heating cables (Self-regulating and/or Constant Power) commanded by direct temperature control panels.
